Founder & President of Loudermilk Homes
Loudermilk Homes was founded in 2009 by President Sherwin Loudermilk, who spent his early career as a telecom and web development executive at IBM. He started Loudermilk Homes to bring innovation, a disciplined process and complete transparency to the custom luxury homebuilding business.
Sherwin is a seasoned veteran of luxury custom home development. The company’s other recent developments include custom luxury homes at The Manor Golf & Country Club and Von Lake Estates in Milton, Georgia; plus several projects in the Cashiers and Highlands area of North Carolina including Saratay Falls, Cedar Hill and Bear Mor; as well as numerous custom homes around metro Atlanta.
Although he is an Atlanta native, Sherwin has lived in four different countries and has traveled the globe extensively. He earned an MBA in Business with a focus on finance and real estate from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in business and management information systems from Georgia State University.
Now in its second decade under Sherwin’s leadership, Loudermilk Homes is dedicated to interior designing and building the finest luxury homes in the Southeast.
